Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final — there's no way to return a file once it's been downloaded.

That said, we want you to love what you bought. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund if:
- Your file is corrupted, won't download, or won't open
- You accidentally purchased the same printable twice
- What you received doesn't match the product listing

To request help, email [contact@cleverandkept.com] within **14 days** of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll fix it, replace it, or refund you — whichever gets you sorted fastest.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We can't offer refunds for change of mind, or for printing troubles on your end (printer settings, paper size, ink) — but if you're stuck, email us anyway and we'll help you troubleshoot.
