Clever & Kept sells clothing, accessories, and other merchandise. Some of our products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Orders

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Made-to-Order Products

Some Clever & Kept products are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because these items may be made on demand, production times are separate from shipping times.

Minor variations in printing, embroidery, color, placement, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. Clever & Kept does not directly store your full credit or debit card information.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, production delays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order.
